Ok this is one for the women….. If I could wave a magic wand and you could be thin (well slim) I don’t like the word thin….. How much would you pay? Well, let’s face facts, if I charged a buck I would be a rich man once word gets around I make women slim.

I am a nice guy, so I am going to put away my dreams of being a Million, or (being optimistic here) a Billionaire for a little while and tell you the one thing will the first step you take in order to get the figure you always wanted…..
You ready….. Eat at home.
There, now I know that a lot of you are saying that’s what we are already doing. But, Are you?
Majority of women eat at home, but that is only dinner. With the corporate world racing past and everyone trying to reach the top faster, a proper meal is the last thing on your mind. We are all looking at getting meals on the move, to save time and most of the time we hardly taste the food, because we treat our meals like water, a necessity, only to be eaten when hunger pangs hit us.
Eating on the move means food that is either filled with preservatives, deep fried and/or has little or no protein. So if you are eating out look for places like subway, and stay away from the mayonnaise.
Now eating at home is difficult if you are out, obviously, but planning ahead means that you can cook a meal to fit your schedule. Bonus, this also saves you money. Let’s say you have a meeting at your office and you have to commute in your lunch time to your next appointment. Now dinner was sweet and sour chicken, would you could do is simply take a little out, drain the sauce and use the chicken and the vegetables wrapped in a pita bread, or simply use a couple of slices to drop it on and make a vegetable/chicken sandwich. Try to keep as much of the protein as possible in there.
Now let me say that this is not THE way to lose weight but, it is a start in the right direction……
